1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LensBros ("the Platform"), operated at lensbros.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LensBros is an online marketplace that connects customers with professional photographers across India. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment process between customers and photographers. LensBros is not a photography service provider and does not employ the photographers listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

4. Bookings and Payments

When a customer makes a booking through the Platform:

• The photographer must accept or decline the booking request
• Payments are not processed by LensBros. All payments are arranged and transacted directly between the customer and the photographer outside the Platform
• LensBros does not collect, hold, escrow, or remit any funds, and does not process refunds
• Prices displayed on the Platform are set by the photographers

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may cancel a booking from within the Platform while it is in a pending or accepted state. Because LensBros does not handle payments, any refund of amounts already paid off-platform is a matter strictly between the customer and the photographer. LensBros is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, payment disputes.

6. Photographer Responsibilities

Photographers listed on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability
• Deliver services as described in their listings
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Only upload portfolio images they have rights to display

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event details when making a booking
• Complete payment within the specified deadline after a booking is accepted
• Treat photographers with respect and professionalism
• Not misuse the booking system

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the LensBros name, logo, design, and software, is the property of LensBros. Photographers retain ownership of their portfolio images and grant LensBros a non-exclusive license to display them on the Platform for marketing and listing purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

LensBros acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the photography services provided by photographers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LensBros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
