• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you sign up via Google OAuth
• Profile information: For photographers — bio, portfolio images, services, pricing, availability, and city
• Booking information: Event details, dates, venues, and time preferences
• Booking amount: We store the quoted price of each booking for record-keeping. Payments are settled directly between the customer and the photographer outside the Platform, so we do not collect or store any payment card or bank details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Process booking requests and connect customers with photographers
• Send you booking confirmations, updates, and reminders
• Display photographer profiles and portfolios to potential customers
• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between booking parties: When a booking is made, the customer and photographer can see each other's name and relevant booking details
• Service providers: We share information with Supabase for data storage and authentication
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LensBros, our users, or the public

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth, and we do not store passwords. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics, if implemented, will use privacy-respecting tools.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for accounting and legal purposes. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
